Terms of service

These terms govern your use of quirkedworks.com and your purchases from QuirkedWorks. Buying something or using the site means you accept them.

Products

Physical products are made to order by our print-on-demand production partners. Yard signs are printed single-sided on weatherproof stock (the back is white). Product images are mockups; minor variations in color and placement between the mockup and the printed item are normal for print production.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfill; you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts. See our refund policy.

Digital files

Paid digital downloads and free printable files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use: print as many copies as you like for yourself, your yard, your community group, or your campaign. You may not sell the files or prints made from them, and you may not redistribute the files as your own.

Intellectual property, parody, and speech

All designs are © QuirkedWorks. Our designs are parody, satire, and political commentary. QuirkedWorks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Flock Safety Inc. or any surveillance-camera company; any reference to surveillance products is nominative commentary about matters of public concern.

Your use of what you buy

You're responsible for complying with your local laws on where and how signs may be posted (yours to check; sign ordinances vary by town). Our products are for lawful protest and expression.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here with the latest effective date is the one in force. Material changes won't apply retroactively to orders already placed.
