Refund policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Everything we sell is printed to order. Your sign doesn't exist until you order it. That shapes what we can take back, so here's the deal, plainly.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted? We fix it, free

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, blurry, or otherwise not what you ordered, email support@quirkedworks.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or two of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to mail anything back.

Change of mind

Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong shirt size, or deciding you wanted a different design. Check the size chart and the mockups before ordering. And if you're genuinely unhappy, email us anyway; we're humans and we'd rather you leave happy.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts. After production begins we can't cancel.

Digital downloads

Digital files can't be returned once delivered, so they're non-refundable. But if a file is broken or won't print correctly, email us and we'll fix the file or refund you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
